Track Geometry

As well as an extensive test service we have products that can be leased or purchased for use by your own operators. In particular we have a wide range of track geometry tools for measurement of geometry, corrugation, roughness, switch dimensions, switch wear and weld level.
The trolleys are multi-gauge and have switch testing options for specific inspection of newly installed or worn frogs. For vehicle based testing at up to 60kph we have the MMD test frame.
The popular TRT-Light model can be quickly dismantled into small portable sections for carrying to site for difficult to access areas such as underground systems where travel down escalators is required.

For difficult to access areas we have the SRS280 that has been designed to provide a 2 person test trolley that is not only extremely light (from 180kg) but can be broken down into portable sections that can be carried to site - even down escalators.
This trolley was designed to strict London Underground standards and can be used as a carrier of ultrasonic or track geometry inspection systems.
This trolley is available for purchase, lease or as part of a test service.

Our manual inspection products include the Sperry Walking Stick which is the portable frame that can carry ultrasonic and eddy-current systems to meet your specific needs of flaw detection.
